Delivery Information

If an item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday we will aim to dispatch the order the same day.

If an item arrives damaged, you must inform us within 10 days and, if necessary, we will arrange to repair or replace the item. After 10 days all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you.

Cancellation and Returns

We accept returns notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us within a reasonable time which we deem to be 7 working days. 

Customers must inform us of their wish to return their order before returning the item to us.
 
All items that are returned as a result of buyer remorse must be carriage paid by the sender, please obtain proof. We will accept items back in original packaging and in saleable condition. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned orders.
 
The refund will be credited back to the customer via their chosen method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item.

We will not accept for return individual filters that have had their hygienic protective sealing film removed. We will not compromise customers right under the Distant Selling Regulations.
